Her career spans Michelin‑starred restaurants, household‑name chefs, and internationally acclaimed luxury hotels, giving her a deep understanding of how to position hospitality experiences with authenticity and impact.Before founding Hartwood, Tessa led strategy agency-side for high-profile clients including Rosewood Baha Mar, Assouline, and Belmond - notably Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. During her time at ModusBPCM, she also oversaw international launches for Bulgari Hotels & Resorts across Paris, Rome, and Tokyo, further strengthening her global perspective and media network.This experience shapes the strategic, globally informed perspective that underpins Hartwood’s work today.
